Currently, Digital Instinct has three editions of rostering software that come under the title Virtual Roster. They are Standard, Specialised and Enterprise. Each edition varies in the amount of automation in the rostering process. We also develop a Time and Attendance package that can be linked into any of our Virtual Roster packages.
Virtual Roster is the heart of the labour management solution. Combined with Virtual T&A it simplifies the entire process from rostering right through to payroll by delivering all the necessary information such as rosters, staff hours and wages data to your administration staff, supervisors, and manager’s.
It provides summary information and direct reporting to your existing payroll service if required. Making full use of the Windows environment, Virtual Roster provides your rostering staff, payroll staff and supervisors with a labour management tool that enables them to manage by exception, focusing more on increasing productivity and less on administering employees.
